A Professional Development Evaluation Framework
The Adult Basic and Literacy (ABLE) Evaluation and Design Project at CETE has created a new model to evaluate professional development for adult education. This multi-tiered framework was recently highlighted in the federal Office of Vocational and Adult Education’s newsletter OVAE Connection.
