CETE‘s staff possess unparalleled credentials in the design and development of theoretical and practical curriculum to provide individuals in the labor pool with knowledge and skills needed for paid and unpaid work. Cutting-edge products created by CETE staff reflect the contemporary concepts of integration of academic and vocational learning, problem-based learning, and work-based learning.

Typically, product development is a team process in which CETE staff use strong facilitation and communication skills to involve educators and business and industry representatives.
